The presentation will detail the critical role of c-Abl in initiating and driving progression of neurodegeneration, as well as the potential of IkT-148009 as a disease-modifying therapy to halt disease progression and lead to functional recovery of motor and non-motor function in the brain and GI tract. Dr. Werner will highlight therapeutic evaluation of efficacy for IkT-148009 in animal models as well as review safety and tolerability data from the Company's Phase 1/1b study.
